ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Every Trainer needs a Trainer. Training with me One on One would be the most efficient and effective way to get the most out of your workouts.

 

Perfecting form and technique, achieving progressive overload and eventually gaining muscle mass will be our goal. The session will be for an hour, which will include basic warm ups and stretches.
