The beginner program is designed to keep things simple and minimalistic. It’ll ensure you spend the least amount of time in the gym but also get the most out of your workouts. Very suitable for individuals who have a low level of interest in working out or for busy people who struggle to fit in gym time in their busy schedules. It focuses on the four main functions of the musculoskeletal system (push, pull, hinge and squat). The perfect way to start your journey with weights.

 

The intermediate program is perfect for athletes that are involved in other sports and want to use the weight room to their advantage. To improve performance and increase muscle mass to the next level. Suitable for college going students aiming to improve their physical appearance or just improve overall performance in general.

 

The advanced program is for individuals who prioritise fitness over almost every other part of their life. For “freaks” that live to workout and improve performance. A schedule planned by me, a schedule that I follow myself. Hard to follow, this is for individuals that have been working out for a while already.
